Where does CIELO Ship?
CIELO Hub ships throughout Southern California, mainly in the Orange County area. Orders can be placed for any destination in the United States. Shipping charges apply. You may use your own shipping account. To request using your own account see Frequent Business Buyer under FAQs
When will my order ship?
All orders for available products are processed and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. CIELO Hub delivery times are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
What if I need my order by a certain date?
If you need your order by a certain date, please include this information in the Order Notes box during the ordering process and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Can I use my own shipping account?
Yes. Contact us with your carrier of choice and your account number. If you are interested to automatically use your shipping account, we can set it up prior to your order process.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes. Choose the option “CIELO Pick up Huntington Beach” during the shipping checkout process.

Our offices are located in the back area of the student services annex. Please follow the walkway from the parking lot J to the building and you will see a sign on the door for CIELO.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns?
Yes. To return a product, please contact CIELO Hub for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Unwanted products must be returned within 15 days of purchase and in its original manufacturing conditions. You will be responsible for a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of return shipping. Product wrapping should not be opened or other fees might apply.
To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. Once the items are received and inspected, you will receive a refund. Refunds might take up to 2 weeks to process.
What happens if my goods arrived damaged?
If you received damaged goods, CIELO Hub will provide a full refund of your purchase price plus the cost of return shipping. The refund is subject to the discretion of CIELO Hub and it will be decided based on the receipt of adequate proof of damage furnished by the customer. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
What if I received the wrong order?

What if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any restocking charges. Include all the information you received in your order confirmation.
